Louisville star Hailey Van Lith entered the NCAA switch portal on Saturday after three seasons with the Cardinals, scoring greater than 1,500 factors in her profession.

“It has been an honor over the past three years to have had the chance to pour my ardour and coronary heart into Louisville,” she wrote on Instagram. “This metropolis has impacted my life in so some ways and helped form me into the individual I’m in the present day. The Louisville neighborhood has given to me selflessly. I’ll always remember your unwavering help.”
She averaged a career-high 19.7 factors per sport in the course of the 2022-23 season. She averaged 4.5 rebounds and three.2 assists. She scored a complete of 1,553 factors within the three years.

“We thank Hailey for her contributions to this program, this college and this neighborhood,” Louisville coach Jeff Walz mentioned. “She has accomplished all the pieces now we have requested of her over the previous three years, and we want her the easiest in her last collegiate season and past.”
Van Lith wasn’t the one high identify to enter the switch portal.
Cal’s Jayda Curry entered the portal and dedicated to Louisville earlier within the week. DePaul’s Aneesah Morrow introduced her plans to switch as properly.
