A helicopter “mishap” in Syria over the weekend left 22 service members injured, the U.S. navy introduced Monday night.
U.S. Central Command stated in a press launch that stated the service members suffered “numerous levels” of accidents in the course of the incident Sunday in northeastern Syria.
Central Command stated the injured service members are “receiving remedy for his or her accidents and 10 have been evacuated to larger care services outdoors of the CENTCOM AOR.”
No enemy fireplace was reported, in response to the press launch. The incident is beneath investigation.

Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz responded to the information on Twitter urging individuals to wish for these affected.

The U.S. navy has saved a pressure of not less than 900 troops in Syria, the U.S. authorities has stated. The group consists of an undisclosed variety of contractors.

These U.S. forces proceed to function in non-combative roles, advising and helping the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces within the combat in opposition to remaining Islamic State group blocs.
