Family of missing American sailor thanks USCG, Mexican navy for ‘exhaustive’ effort after search suspended

The kids of one of many lacking American sailors who disappeared close to Mexico thanked the U.S. Coast Guard and Mexican navy for his or her efforts after authorities suspended the search.
