Gilmore, whose actual title is Landon, began going by “Comfortable” as a nickname when he was younger and commenced to compete in tournaments.

“I’m very excited to announce that I’ve dedicated to proceed my tutorial and golf career at Ball State College,” Gilmore wrote. “I’m very grateful for the chance Coach Fleck has given me! I wish to thank my household, my mates and coaches who push me on a regular basis!”
The 17-year-old stated Ball State was the right place for him to proceed his athletic profession.
“Going into the entire recruiting course of, I had such an open thoughts and had nowhere that I used to be set on going,” Gilmore advised GolfChannel.com on Friday through telephone. “After calls with Coach [Mike] Fleck, I went up and visited, and I beloved the campus; it is small. Gilmore has starred for Bloomington South High School in Indiana and lately shot a 66 on the U.S. Junior Newbie qualifier.
