Saudia records fewest passenger complaints among carriers in Saudi Arabia, GACA reveals

RIYADH: Saudia, previously generally known as Saudi Arabian Airways, recorded the fewest variety of passenger complaints amongst carriers within the Kingdom in March, with simply 11 grievances per 100,000 prospects, in line with knowledge launched by the Common Authority of Civil Aviation. 

The authority issued an index for the classification of air transport service suppliers and airports for March 2023. 

General, throughout the month, as many as 640 complaints have been filed, up from 355 throughout March 2022.
